Aaron & Pamela Laney - Home Care Specialists
Aaron and Pam Laney are the owners of Aaron Home Care, providing San Diego Seniors with quality, in-home caregivers since 2012. Aaron began his career in human services when he was still in college, working at a summer camp in upstate New York for adults with disabilities. He went on to manage group homes for adults with disabilities, with a focus on providing residents the dignity, and the independence they deserved. He pivoted to senior home care in 2012, bringing that same philosophy of care with him.
Pam worked as an elementary school teacher for over a decade before joining Aaron in 2014 to help run his growing agency. Her patience and compassion for people of all ages, and her strong sense of family provided a great fit for the senior care industry. Together, they have built a company based on integrity, accountability, and personal availability to their clients and their families.

Aaron Home Care's motto is "Providing exceptional home care in San Diego, CA and the surrounding areas." The company certainly lived up to that motto, with our mother's home care. Aaron Home Care began providing daily home care prior to Covid - until recently, when our mother moved to a care facility. We regularly interfaced with Aaron Laney, the owner, his wife Pam and several home care staff. We can't say enough about the fine care and customer service that they provided.
