Our SAC team provides seniors and their families expertise in four major areas of planning and support. Our specialists
may cross over into more than one category. However, we have selected these general areas so that you may prioritize where your planning begins based on your needs at the time. You can be assured that with preplanning in these areas both you and your family will have an experienced SAC Team at their disposal should the need arise.

Legal, Estate/Trust Planning
Whether your needs are a simple will, a complex trust, conservatorship or trust management, or burial planning, SAC can assist you and your family in this area as well.
Home Care Services
Our SAC team includes expertise in real estate issues for senior, reverse mortgages, and senior relocation services to make sure you have the security of a home, or living space that meets your needs as you age.
We are living longer and healthier lives but when life gets in the way, the SAC team is here to help with home care specialists, senior care coordinators, and medical equipment & rental.
